Real estate buyer agent
Fee: EUR 2,000 + 1% success fee
- Professional assessment of the all the taxes and costs;
- Personal support on searching quality deals on the entire online market and local brokers;
- Carrying out administrative procedures, viewing registrations, banking / mortgage / legal appointments when needed;
- Scheduling of the viewing appointments and personal accompaniment on the dates (transportation included);
- Price negotiations and preliminary documents review;
- Arranging and coordinating any further services related to real estate purchase such as surveyors, utility companies etc.
Immigration advisory
Fee: EUR 1,000
- Guidance on GV program, application procedures, eligibility criteria and required documents;
- Professional assessment of taxes and costs of the program;
- Assisting on obtaining NIF, opening bank account and engaging with immigration law firms;
- Consulting on investment options and arranging due diligence on investment products;
- Supporting the investment process and coordinating with service providers such as tax representatives, fund managers, real estate developers, KYC officers, bank managers etc.
